Contrary to popular opinion the installation of prefabricated buildings is quite difficult as public spaces often contain enormous amounts of underground services and just the co-ordination of getting a 10 tonne item to be lowered exactly where its needed and everything being in place beforehand exactly where its needed is trickier than it looks - a lot trickier. Also a lot of consideration goes into anything that is put in public park spaces. We were involved with the co-ordination of this new public facility into its new home in North Melbourne.
